Akoni Kimya’s laboratory infrastructure is a comprehensive testing centre located within our production facility in Toprakkale, Osmaniye, providing services in three main areas of analysis: petrochemicals, microbiology and general chemistry. The entire process, from raw material receipt to the dispatch of finished products, is made traceable through quality control and performance tests carried out in our laboratories.
In our petrochemicals laboratory, we carry out analyses and durability tests on mineral oils, greases, fuels and petroleum-derived products; in our microbiology laboratory, we conduct microbiological safety assessments on food, water, cosmetics, soil and feed samples; and in our general chemistry laboratory, we perform chemical and physical performance tests on cleaning and hygiene products.
The pilot production facility we have established in our R&D laboratory offers the opportunity to verify product behaviour on a micro-scale before moving to full-scale production. This enables pre-production risks to be identified in advance, resources to be used more efficiently, and the quality of the final product to be guaranteed.
