This text has been prepared pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, in order to obtain your explicit consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications to you for campaign, announcement, promotion, information and marketing purposes, as well as the processing of your personal data within this scope. This explicit consent is not mandatory for submitting an information, quotation, communication or application request through the Website. Refusing to provide consent for commercial electronic communications does not prevent you from using the forms available on the Website or submitting your request.
1. Scope of Explicit Consent and Purposes of Processing
If you select the relevant checkbox on the Website or provide your explicit consent, your name, surname, telephone number, email address, communication preferences and commercial electronic communication consent records may be processed by the
Data Controller for the following purposes:
- Sending campaigns, announcements, newsletters, promotions and advertisements relating to products and services,
- Providing personalised offers, benefits and information,
- Sharing announcements regarding events, trade fairs, launches, new products or new services,
- Conducting satisfaction, feedback and customer experience processes,

2. Commercial Electronic Communication Channels

If the servers of certain technical infrastructure, communication delivery, analytics or marketing services used are located abroad, your personal data may be transferred abroad in compliance with the applicable legislation and by taking the necessary security measures.
4. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent and Right of Refusal
You may withdraw your explicit consent and commercial electronic communication permission at any time without providing any reason. You may exercise this right by using the refusal, opt-out or unsubscribe link included in the commercial electronic communications sent to you, or by submitting your request through the contact email address specified above. If you withdraw your explicit consent, the sending of marketing and commercial electronic communications to you will be discontinued. The withdrawal of explicit consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing activities carried out before the date of withdrawal.
5. Retention Period
Your commercial electronic communication permission and explicit consent records may be retained for the duration of the validity of the permission and in consideration of the retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation. If you withdraw your explicit consent or revoke your commercial electronic communication permission, the relevant records may be retained for the periods required by the applicable legislation for the purpose of managing your refusal/opt-out record and fulfilling legal obligations.
