The processing of customer data is regulated by multiple laws. The primary legal framework is established by the KVKK and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. In addition, the Turkish Penal Code and the Law on Consumer Protection are also applicable within this scope.

Under the KVKK, individuals whose personal data is processed have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, request the correction of their data, request the deletion of their data, learn the third parties to whom their data has been transferred and object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of their data exclusively through automated systems.
